Terms of Service
These terms explain the rules for using Proudly services and platform resources, including the responsibilities you accept when you host or distribute content through the platform.
Last updated: June 4, 2026 · v2026-06-04
1. Use of Service
By using Proudly, you agree to use the service lawfully and not to interfere with platform operations, security, or other users. You must comply with these terms and all applicable laws.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for account security and for all activity performed through your credentials. You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for any subscriptions or resources created under your account.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
Proudly lets you configure file proxies and distribute files to your own end-users. You are solely responsible for any URL, file, or content you proxy, host, link to, or distribute through the platform. You must have all necessary rights to that content.
You may not use the platform to store, proxy, link to, or distribute:
• Content that infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property right;
• Content that is illegal under applicable law;
• Malware, viruses, or other malicious code;
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits or endangers minors;
• Content that violates the privacy or other rights of any person.
4. Your Responsibility & Liability
You — not Proudly — are solely responsible for the content you proxy or distribute. Proudly acts as a neutral intermediary and does not pre-screen content. You agree to indemnify and hold Proudly harmless from any claim arising out of content you upload, proxy, link to, or distribute, including any infringement or illegality.
5. Copyright & DMCA Takedowns
We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement. If you believe content served through Proudly infringes your copyright, please submit a report via our abuse report page or contact our designated agent below. A valid notice must identify the work, the material to be removed (URL or file hash), your contact details, and a good-faith statement made under penalty of perjury.
Upon receipt of a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the material and notify the responsible account holder. The account holder may submit a counter-notice if they believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification.

6. Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, we will suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual-property rights, and may ban associated accounts and IP addresses.
7. Availability
Service availability may change due to maintenance, upgrades, or security measures. We may remove content or suspend access to comply with the law or these terms.
8. Contact
